At Soocas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is as effortless as wearing it.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Hand over your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
